We fell in love with the neighborhood's rich midcentury history and design.

That day came in 2020.

After a complete remodel, we listed our home as a short-term rental. We learned the regulations, algorithms, and strategies to compete in one of the most competitive vacation rental markets in the country.

We leaned in, studied the market, refined our guest experience, and rose to the top.

That success became Wanderlust Cohost.
